Job Title: Domestic Abuse Worker
Location: Primarily home-based, with 1 day per week in our Telford office
Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract: Temp on going
Caseload: Maximum of 25 clients, standard to medium risk

Provide trauma-informed emotional and practical support to victims and survivors of domestic abuse
Complete risk assessments and develop tailored safety and support plans
Manage a caseload of up to 25 standard to medium-risk cases
Support clients to navigate statutory and voluntary services, including housing, legal, and health pathways
Maintain accurate case records in line with organisational and safeguarding requirements
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure coordinated support
Promote empowerment, choice, and independence for all service users

Proven experience working in domestic abuse support or a related safeguarding role
Strong communication, advocacy, and case management skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home-based role
Good understanding of safeguarding procedures and risk management
Enhanced DBS check (required)
