Working from a trauma-informed and person-centred approach, you will provide specialist mental health support to individuals experiencing a range of mental health needs as a result of abuse and trauma. You will help residents understand and manage their mental health, build resilience, and access the appropriate services to support their recovery and long-term wellbeing.

- Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns, following organisational policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate case records and monitor outcomes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Work closely with refuge staff to provide holistic support that enables women and families to move towards recovery and independent living.

- Experience carrying out mental health assessments, support planning, and case management.
- Excellent communication, advocacy, and partnership-working skills.
- The ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional when supporting individuals with complex needs.
- A genuine passion for improving mental health outcomes and empowering women and families to recover and thrive.
